The name
Waza (技) is the Japanese word for technique: the movement repeated, corrected and trained until it becomes mastery. That is how we believe a career in tech is built.
Lab is where we test, measure and improve. We prototype with real people, listen to feedback and keep adjusting until the product truly works for the people who use it.
